Start the next chapter of your life with new friends and neighbors at Windsong Manor, an Active Adult community located within Seven Hills.  

We are a very social and active group of neighbors!  Activities are planned monthly to encourage neighbors to build relationships and include events that celebrate holidays such as St. Patty's Day, Cinco De Mayo, and an authentic Oktoberfest!   We also have a monthly Poker Night and Evening Book Club.

No Parking in the street.

All extended Parking or needing to use the Clubhouse lot as an overflow should have pre-approval from the BOARD.

Before you make a change to the outside of your home get APPROVAL. ARC forms are in "Modification Procedures" and "Modification Forms"

Mailbox Colors: The color is Rustoleom Textured Matte Finished-Black#7220830, The Flag is Gloss Banner Red. Replacement Numbers and mailboxes can be found at ACE Hardware.

Trash Taxi picks up on Monday mornings. Your trash can be put out after 5:00 PM on Sunday evening and must be out of sight Monday evening.
